Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas USA. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products or services to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus commission as well as visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
