With this growth, we are looking to promote from within teach candidates the skills of sales and connecting with customers face to face, to then move into a leadership role, where they can earn the opportunity to lead, train and develop others!
Role and Day to Day Expectations:- Connect with customer with a “people focused” approach
- Build genuine relationships, with not only new / existing customers but also team members as well
- Engage in daily training and team meetings to empower one another prior to the day begins
- Inner drive and confidence in self

- Hands on coaching and training on the sales / leadership process
- Weekly team events, to connect, understand and build relationships with team members
- Monthly and Quarterly travel amongst our different market expansions
