About The Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) acts as the first touchpoint in any sales cycle and is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities. The role manages the outbound campaigns of assigned clients by researching potential future customers, driving buyer interest, qualifying this interest, and identifying critical decision makers to position our client’s value proposition successfully.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • You will be assigned to Leadium clients and responsible for driving the outbound function we develop for them.
  • Prospecting to targeted lists of people (prospects) who could benefit from the client’s tech product/service.
  • Guide qualified prospects onto the next stage of the sales process by booking a further conversation between the prospect and the client Account Executive.
  • Making 300+ outbound phone calls each day (w/ Nooks)
  • Creative outbound prospecting through email, video, dialing, and more personalized outbound channels.
  • Leveraging sales tools like Apollo.io, Nooks, ChatGPT, and Linked In Navigator to network with potential customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.).
  • Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, their pain points, and the daily challenges they face.
  • This is an individual contributor role that reports to a sales manager who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one-on-ones as well as autonomy to allow you to own your success.
  • Pipeline organization and collaboration with Client’s Account Executives for qualified meetings
  • Continuously improve sales development skills and learn the different career paths to create a lucrative future in high-tech sales.
  • Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals

Pay/Salary Structure

  • $40k Base + $15k Bonus

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION IN DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS (8 AM to 5 PM)

You will be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with both your clients as well as their colleagues. They will understand that going the extra mile is not the exception but rather the norm. And, they need to have a get it done at all costs, grind it out mentality.

You feel confident using programs like Apollo, Nooks, ChatGPT, Loom, and Linked In. If you haven’t used them, that’s ok! You have had to learn new programs before and have a knack for picking them up quickly.
