Sales Representative – Commercial Vehicles

Bush Trucks is seeking a high-energy, self-disciplined Sales Representative to join our Las Vegas office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong customer relationships while driving revenue across multiple service lines.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage sales across vehicle sales, leasing, rentals, upfitting, and logistics solutions
Represent a diverse portfolio of light-, medium-, and specialized vehicles
Manage a mix of furnished leads and proactive cold calling to grow your territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Support and manage select national accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, including upfitting and logistics
Assist with accounts receivable (A/R) management to ensure timely payments
Travel approximately 30% to meet clients, support accounts, and expand business opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales (commercial vehicle or related industry experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
High level of integrity and honesty in all interactions
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and work independently
Willingness to travel as needed

Proven sales experience required (commercial vehicle or related industry experience preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and accountability in all business interactions
Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a results-driven mindset
Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
