We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth by converting inbound inquiries, developing new business opportunities, and delivering customized industrial storage solutions to customers across a variety of industries.

This is a consultative sales role requiring strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to understand customer-specific applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and website inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate storage and racking solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and product configurations.
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity data within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop custom solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to close deals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling industrial, manufacturing, or material handling products.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics environments.
  • Experience using Net Suite ERP/CRM, including:
  • Managing leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Creating quotes and tracking orders.
  • Maintaining sales pipelines and running basic reports.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
