We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth by converting inbound inquiries, developing new business opportunities, and delivering customized industrial storage solutions to customers across a variety of industries.
This is a consultative sales role requiring strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to understand customer-specific applications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and website inquiries.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate storage and racking solutions.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and product configurations.
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity data within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop custom solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to close deals.
- Experience selling industrial, manufacturing, or material handling products.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics environments.
- Experience using Net Suite ERP/CRM, including:
- Managing leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Creating quotes and tracking orders.
- Maintaining sales pipelines and running basic reports.
- Experience with AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
