About the Team

Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be an ultimate Pandora fan, responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually engaging and attracting our fans (customers).

• Build genuine connections with fans to exceed individual and store sales goals (Dare).
• Embrace the store culture, serving as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on KPIs, embrace being fully cross‑trained across store functions, and bring leadership potential by mentoring and supporting new team members—living our values to Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver every day.
• All other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance sales environment.
• Demonstrated care in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
• Minimum age 18, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; must stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours up to 12 in base weeks, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week); dependable during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

$14.10 per hour – $17.60 per hour commensurate with experience
