We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Field Sales Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor throughout the Las Vegasterritory
. This role is ideal for a sales professional with food service industry experience who enjoys building partnerships, solving customer challenges, and driving business growth.

Position Summary
As a Field Sales Consultant , you will represent industry leading food service equipment and supply manufacturers while working closely with dealers, distributors, food service consultants, and end users. You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and provide consultative solutions to restaurants, schools, hospitals, convention centers, stadiums, and other commercial food service operators.
Success in this role requires strongsalesskills, technicalaptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales&Business Development
- Developandgrowsaleswithintheassignedterritory.
- Identifyandpursuenewbusinessopportunitiesacrossfoodservicesegments.
- Achieveterritorysalesgoalsandincreasemarketshare.
- Conductin-personandvirtualpresentations,product demonstrations,andtrainingsessions.
Relationship Management
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithoperators,dealers,distributors,consultants,andmanufacturerpartners.
- Serveasatrustedresourcebyunderstandingcustomerneedsandrecommendingeffectivesolutions.
- Maintainregularfollow-upcommunicationtoensurecustomersatisfactionandidentifyadditionalopportunities.
Equipment Consultation&Solution Selling
- Assesscustomeroperations,facilitylayouts,andequipmentrequirements.
- Recommendcustomizedfoodserviceequipmentsolutionsthatimproveefficiencyandperformance.
- Collaboratewithmanufacturerengineeringanddesignteamstodevelopoptimalequipmentrecommendations.
- Partnerwithdistributorsanddealerstodevelopnewaccountsandexpandmarketpenetration.
- Supportchannelpartnerswithproductknowledge,sales strategies,andprojectopportunities.
- Monitorindustrytrends,competitiveactivity,andemergingopportunities.
- Attendtradeshows,industry events,andcustomermeetingstobuildrelationshipsandpromoterepresentedbrands.
- MaintainaccuratecustomerrecordsandsalesactivitywithinCRMsystems.
- Prepareproposals,quotations,forecasts,andsalesreports.
- Trackprojectpipelinesandmanagemultipleopportunitiessimultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- 2+yearsofB2
Bsalesexperience,preferablywithinfoodserviceequipment,foodservicesupplies,commercialkitchenequipment,orrelatedindustries. - Experienceworkingwithdistributors,dealers,consultants,orfoodserviceoperatorspreferred.
- Experienceinsupermarket,retailfoodservice,orfooddisplayenvironmentsisaplus.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledgeofcommercialfoodserviceequipment,refrigeration,hotholdingsystems,millwork,construction,or stainless-steelfabricationishighlydesirable.
- Excellentcommunicationandpresentationskills.
- Strongconsultativesellingandrelationship-buildingabilities.
- Proventrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalesgoals.
- Effectiveprospectingandterritorydevelopmentskills.
- Exceptionalorganizationandtimemanagement.

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary incentive bonus as determined by incentive program guidelines, position eligibility and Senior Management approval.
