Benefits Sales Producer

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Employee Benefits Sales Producer to its Balsiger Insurance team in Las Vegas, NV.

Job Summary:

The Employee Benefits Sales Producer develops and maintains a pipeline of potential new clients and continually sources referrals for new business opportunities. As a consultant to clients, you analyze and develop comprehensive solutions to meet their goals and partner with Account Management to ensure the success and retention of business.

• Establish and build strong, integrity‑based relationships with decision makers
• Identify new potential clients and develop strategies to convert them into clients
• Continually source referrals for new contacts and business opportunities
• Attend industry events to source referrals and increase industry knowledge
• Attend training as needed to develop selling/closing skills
• Meet or exceed set annual sales goals

• 3+ years of selling B2B or insurance solutions to C‑suite executives
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits coverage & terminology is a plus
• Ability to cold call to set appointments with potential clients
• Ability to source referrals through industry related events
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must obtain a Life & Health Insurance License in a timely manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems

$60,000 - $120,000 USD

Actual salaries may vary based on performance, location, and experience. This is one component of FRP's total compensation package.
