About the Role
We are seeking a Client Advisor for our Las Vegas Forum location, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales through personalized experiences.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.
- Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
- Assist the operations team by maintaining stock of the designated area on the selling floor and in the stock room.
- Transform each client experience into magical moments, creating a hand‑crafted experience that makes the client feel confident and energized.
- Cultivate a long‑term authentic bond with clients, putting the client at the center of every decision.
- Promote cross‑selling to increase UPT sales metrics.
- Capture customer data in the company’s CRM database and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Think innovatively about ways to create tangible value and magic for the client.
- Serve customers in person, via telephone, email, and other channels, with the physical ability to wait on customers and fit them properly with shoes.
- Understand company set KPIs and identify strategies to enhance performance standards.
- Identify and recommend merchandise across all channels.
- Intuitive sales associate passionate about style, with a caring and authentic client‑advisor mindset.
- Deep knowledge of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to ask engaging questions.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to put the client at the center of every decision.
- Courageous, innovative, and eager to learn and grow.
- Computer proficiency for inventory tracking.
- Proficient English, with second language preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents; to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
- Ability to multi‑task while remaining attentive to customers and flexible to business needs; to work independently and as part of a team.
- Constant motion, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, carrying, standing for extended periods.
- Occasional stooping, sitting, kneeling, crouching, and climbing step stools.
- Lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Regular and reliable attendance, normally 5 days a week.
- Full‑time schedule (37.5 hours) or part‑time schedule (20–29 hours per week).
- Variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on store needs.
