In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products that meet their unique needs. You will be the subject‑matter expert for customers seeking information on Starlink’s services, ensuring they have an interactive and informative shopping experience. Building relationships in a retail environment with a technology‑first mindset is key as you explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet.

- Maintain a consistent weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Adapt to local store environments and adhere to operational policies while fostering positive relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred)
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers through the sales process (necessary)
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills (essential)
- Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations (crucial)
- Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment
