Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue and Sales Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, including promotional campaigns, upselling techniques, and cross‑selling accessories to achieve $15M+ in annual unit sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Champion exceptional customer service by overseeing the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation via SEO‑optimized digital funnels to post‑sale follow‑ups, ensuring 95%+ satisfaction scores and repeat business.
  • Inventory and Operations Oversight: Collaborate with finance and service departments to manage RV inventory levels, forecast demand using data analytics, and minimize carrying costs while maximizing gross profit margins.
  • Market Analysis and Growth Initiatives: Stay ahead of RV industry trends such as sustainable travel and tech‑integrated campers; launch targeted outreach to high-net-worth clients, RV clubs, and trade shows to expand market share.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to dealership standards, state regulations, and manufacturer guidelines; deliver insightful KPIs on sales metrics, conversion rates, and ROI to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales leadership within the automotive or RV dealership sector, with a history of exceeding quotas (e.g., $10M+ annual sales volume).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in retail management or hospitality sales considered.

Compensation & Benefits
