Sales Representative (Commission-Only) About Insta Steam

Insta Steam is a patented, electricity-free garment steaming brand built from the ground up into national retail distribution — now sold in 1,000+ locations, and through major hospitality partners including Hilton and Marriott properties, cruise lines, and airports. We're expanding fast, including new international distribution, and we're looking for driven, self-motivated sales talent to grow with us.

We're hiring commission-only Sales Representatives to help expand Insta Steam's footprint across new retail, hospitality, and B2B channels. This is a performance-based role ideal for someone who wants uncapped earning potential and the flexibility to build their own book of business.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail chains, hotels, cruise lines, airports, corporate gifting, and other B2B channels
• Build and manage relationships with buyers, procurement teams, and hospitality decision-makers
• Present Insta Steam's product line and value proposition to prospective accounts
• Follow up on inbound leads and generate your own outbound pipeline
• Negotiate and close orders, working with our team on pricing, terms, and fulfillment
• Represent the Insta Steam brand professionally at meetings, trade shows, or events as needed
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status and closed business

• Proven experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or hospitality/vendor sales (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self‑starter who can manage their own time and pipeline without close supervision
• Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure
• Existing network or contacts in retail buying, hospitality, or distribution is a strong plus
• Passion for representing a growing consumer product brand
