Job Overview

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary with 36 stores across the United States, is looking for a full‑time Sales Associate at its Fashion Show Mall location. The role focuses on fine jewelry and watch sales, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.

• Develop authentic relationships with customers, assess their needs, and make personalized product recommendations to create memorable experiences.
• Cultivate in‑depth product knowledge and provide details on features and benefits during merchandise presentations.
• Connect with existing and potential customers, maintaining accurate customer information through company‑supported technology.
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and provide repair consultations for jewelry and timepieces.

• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment, or a combination of 3+ years of customer-service experience and education.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with monthly sales bonuses based on individual sales and store performance. Job‑market fluctuations may adjust the pay range; final determinations consider experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
