Automotive Sales Associate - Honda East Las Vegas

Overview

The e-Commerce Sales Associate engages with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. You respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide information and help guide customers from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional customer service.

With strong communication and listening skills, you’ll help customers select their vehicle, discuss terms to fit their lifestyle and budget, and close the sale. You will provide an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries via online, phone and in-person channels in a timely manner.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process and explain pricing, financing and payment options.
• Assist customers from initial contact to in-store visit and final purchase, ensuring a smooth, no-haggle experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty; transition customers to the Service department as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record

Compensation for this role is commission based and averages between $5,000 and $7,000 per month.
