Customer Service Teammate

Job Summary

Go Car Wash is one of the fastest growing car wash operators in the United States, with locations in multiple states across the country and continually expanding. The Customer Service Teammate works outside and supports customers while maintaining the wash stations.

The role includes explaining car wash options and requirements to customers, preparing and loading their cars, assisting with self-cleaning options, and maintaining the car wash equipment and sites to ensure a clean experience.

• Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers.
• Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety.
• Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Verify you can work in the United States.

The typical earnings are $14.50/hour, which includes a base pay of $12.50/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
