Overview
As a Business Startup Specialist, you'll be responsible for walking our new business owners through the process of launching their business with our formation services; all while illuminating the value of our offerings and showing clients how we can enhance their lives. You'll be more than just a salesperson—you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients and a key player in our journey.
The Business Startup Specialist is responsible for driving revenue by converting inbound and outbound leads into paying clients. This role owns the full sales cycle—from initial contact through closing—while maintaining the company’s commitment to exceptional client experience ("Deliver the WOW").
You will
Receive warm leads daily and guide entrepreneurs through launching their business
Consult on services including incorporation, business credit development, and asset protection
Collaborate with legal, credit, and accounting departments to deliver seamless client experiences
Track progress through our CRM and provide ongoing support to clients
Engage inbound and outbound leads via phone, text, and email.
Conduct consultations and present services to prospective clients.
Close sales and collect payment from clients.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly production targets.
Build rapport and guide prospects through the decision‑making process.
Manage pipeline efficiently to maximize the sales funnel, Contact, conversion, and pitch rates.
Customer Communication & ExperienceAnswer client questions and address objections at a high-level of professionalism.
Ensure all clients feel confident and supported throughout the process, including the first ten days after the close.
Handle all inbound calls directly and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business.
Remain active throughout the day to meet and exceed outbound call counts and talk time metrics.
You have2+ years of demonstrated phone sales experience
Proficiency in fundamental computer and phone operations
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
Empathetic approach to understanding client requirements
The base compensation range for this role is $26,000 + a performance-based monthly incentive bonus. This position will be on-site at our Las Vegas, NV office.
