Door-to-Door Sales Professional - Growth & Opportunity at our team role is a performance-based opportunity where you help homeowners upgrade to a professionally installed smart home and automation system. Day-to-day, you'll be in the field speaking directly with homeowners, generating interest, setting appointments, and closing deals. It's face-to-face, high-energy, and skill-driven.

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$65K annualized)
• Year 1:
  Top quartile clears $350K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
