We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are passionate about helping people and open to learning a new profession. Whether you're already licensed or completely new to the industry, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed.
What you’ll do- Meet with individuals and families virtually or in person
- Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies
- Help clients identify solutions to protect their income, family, and future
- Build meaningful relationships within your community
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development
- Generate referrals through excellent client service
- Learn proven systems for client acquisition and business growth
- Grow into leadership opportunities if desired
- Flexible schedule — part-time, full-time, or contract
- $2,500–$15,000/month earning potential, commission‑based, no cap
- Full training, mentorship, and support — licensed or not
- Hybrid work: remote flexibility with in‑person community connection
If you are not currently licensed, we guide you through the process step by step. Licensing and exam fees are paid directly by the applicant to state‑approved providers.
