• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Engage customers to build relationships and a loyal client base through in-store and digital selling
• Set and achieve sales goals and use selling tools including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience and keep the department customer-ready
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open loyalty program accounts

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to proactively assist customers and resolve concerns
• Empathy and respect for customers during close-contact services like makeup and skincare application
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills; drive to meet sales goals using networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on your feet continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
