Solutions Specialist Mobile - CCI Management Level

Hourly pay $15.29 - $22.88. Annual incentive/commission target $15,348.00. Variable targeted total compensation $51,726 ($24.87/hr), high-earning top 10% earn an average annual compensation of just over $66,753 ($32.09/hr). Targeted total compensation may vary based on location, candidate experience, and successful completion of minimum sales targets. Base hourly rate $17.49 plus monthly targeted commissions of $1,279. Ramp period of up to 2 months to adjust to commission earnings.

This job requires you to follow the retail routine of working some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Explain and demonstrate product capabilities as well as offer suggestions based on customer's wants and needs.
• Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention.
• Assist with the opening/closing of the store retail environment.
• Properly handle cash.
• Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos.
• Support fellow sales agents when needed.
• Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor product offerings through regular training classes.
• May be required to work in other locations in the same geographical area.

Minimum qualifications:

• HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consultative, solutions-based selling.
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization in fast‑paced team environment.
• Ability to be mobile within the store for long periods to greet customers and demonstrate products.
• Computer literacy with aptitude for learning communication products, services, and accessories.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds for stock room inventory.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.

Preferred qualifications:

• Some college experience focused in sales, business and/or management.
• One year of experience in related field (Sales, Retail Sales, Service Industry).
• Experience selling Wireless/Mobile products.
