If you have experience in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, or business development, this is an opportunity to grow your career while representing commercial energy solutions for businesses.
What We Offer- $15/hour base pay
- Uncapped commission
- Weekly pay
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule (approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

- Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Present commercial energy solutions and business service options
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Generate new business opportunities and close sales
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and company systems
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation, cold calling, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
