- Prospect, develop, and close large group business opportunities (100–500 peak rooms)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, association, and third-party clients
- Respond quickly to convert leads into confirmed business
- Negotiate contracts, conduct site inspections, and manage the complete sales cycle
- Maximize revenue through strategic selling and upselling opportunities
- Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and association meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting while collaborating with internal teams
- Consistently achieve individual and team revenue goals while delivering exceptional client service
- Proven success selling large group hotel business with 300+ peak room blocks
- Marriott sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling luxury resorts, convention hotels, or full-service properties
- Demonstrated success generating new business through proactive prospecting
- Experience managing corporate, association, incentive, and third-party meeting planner accounts
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, revenue management, and contract negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, and consultative selling skills
