Overview
Sales employees focus on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available. Drive revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners through strategic relationship management, training, and compliance oversight.
What you’ll do- Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Risk Management:
Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. - Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.
Specialist Indirect Sales role earning between $55,000 and $82,600 plus a $20,000 sales target incentive. Compensation and additional rewards vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
What you’ll need- 2+ years of proven sales experience.
- Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- 2+ years of sales management experience preferred.
- 2 to 5 years indirect channel management, customer-facing sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
- Current auto insurance.
- Reliable vehicle meeting market transportation needs.
- Mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
- Manages small to mid-size sales with direct ongoing supervision.
- Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory.
- Uses company policies and judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
