Job Overview

The Automotive Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute the sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and recovering missing documents, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

• Facilitate the sales & finance process across all channels
• Execute the full sales process and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong CRM output and quality
• Maintain clean paperwork and recover missing documents
• Support finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR
• Support vehicle photography and delivery to partner hubs
• Support lot organization and merchandising
• Transport cars as needed and ensure proper check‑in of incoming vehicles
• Deliver excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores

Hourly wage and commissions
: $12.00/hr plus average annual commissions of $34,807, total average pay $59,767/year.

High School Diploma or equivalent; car sales experience; valid driver’s license; ability to deliver support and results; goal oriented; ability to succeed in a global matrix organization; identify and support business needs.

Valid sales license required for the following states:
Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
