Position Title:
Premium Sales Coordinator | T-Mobile Arena
Pay Range: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Job SummaryT-Mobile Arena is seeking an organized and guest-focused Sales Coordinator to support sales, event coordination, and daily administrative operations. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service for private dining, group events, and restaurant functions.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Support event sales efforts by assisting with proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Assist with suites order and suite order management system.
- Coordinate event details with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activity.
- Assist in driving revenue through effective follow-up and upselling opportunities.
- Perform clerical duties to support sales and operations teams.
- Process and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain organized and confidential personnel and business files.
- Assist management with staffing coordination, including last-minute coverage needs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with team members and leadership.
- Ensure accurate communication of event details across departments.
- Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, restaurant sales, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS or event systems experience a plus.
- High attention to detail, especially with financial data.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during event day.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to move between office, kitchen, warehouse, and event locations.
- Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, printers, and phones.
- Ability to work in both office and event-based environments, including exposure to noise, crowds, and varying temperatures.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and Smarsheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
