Business Development Representative

Description We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join a services organization in Las Vegas, Nevada on a contract basis. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs through thoughtful conversations, and coordinate strategy consultations with the Advisor team. This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, and enjoys working toward daily outreach and booking targets in a fast-paced inside sales environment.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling efforts, using active listening and thoughtful questioning to determine fit for a Strategy Session.

- Coordinate and confirm consultation appointments for prospective clients who are a good fit with members of the Advisor team.

- Maintain accurate and timely records of each interaction within Salesforce to support visibility and follow-up.

- Prepare thorough call summaries and qualification notes so Advisors can enter consultations with clear context.

- Manage a high volume of daily outreach activity while staying focused on productivity and conversion goals.

- Work toward defined booking objectives by turning strong prospect conversations into scheduled appointments.

- Represent the organization effectively in every client interaction, building trust and creating a positive experience for prospects. Requirements - High school diploma required.

- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets.

- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform to document activities and manage prospect information.

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to guide conversations in a clear and engaging manner.

- Self-directed, coachable, and motivated by performance goals.

- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Prior experience supporting sales efforts within a services environment is a plus. Talent Match®
