Hotel Sales Manager

We are currently hiring for the position of Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Las Vegas. As a Kenyan National you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills and knowledge of the African market to attract and retain clients from Kenya and other African countries.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies building relationships with corporate clients negotiating contracts and achieving revenue targets You will also be responsible for training and managing a team of sales executives to ensure exceptional performance.

To be successful in this role you must have at least 3 years of experience in hotel sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Fluency in English is required along with strong communication and presentation skills Having your own visa to work in the US is preferred but not mandatory.
