• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
• Coach, mentor, and empower Sales Executives to exceed goals
• Drive sales production and overall team performance
• Conduct training, mentorship, and motivational sales meetings
• Support innovative sales strategies that improve customer experience and business results
• Collaborate with Training and Talent Development to deliver world-class onboarding and development programs
• Hold team members accountable to sales goals, policies, and procedures
• Support succession planning by developing future leaders

• 3+ years leading sales teams in a fast-paced sales environment
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 2+ years of Timeshare Industry experience
• Hospitality and customer service background preferred
• Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred
