Wesley Group, a Chicago-based advisory and consulting firm, is seeking a Sales - Incoming Leads Only professional to convert qualified inbound interest into new client relationships within our Financial Services practice. In this role, you'll handle all warm leads, conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and collaborate with senior advisors to move opportunities through the pipeline. You'll leverage data-driven insights and CRM tools to prioritize outreach and track performance.
Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a consultative sales mindset, and 1-2 years of experience in financial or professional services.
