Are you a results-driven sales leader with vacation ownership experience and a passion for coaching teams to success? Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Sales Manager II to join our Las Vegas team and help drive exceptional results while delivering memorable vacation experiences for our Owners and Guests.

At HGV, you'll be part of a world-class organization dedicated to making every vacation unforgettable. As a Sales Manager II, you'll lead, motivate, and develop Sales Executives while driving performance, enhancing the guest experience, and supporting overall sales success.

What You'll Do

• Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve performance goals
• Support the Director of Sales in driving business results and sales strategy execution
• Help maximize sales performance and Volume Per Guest (VPG)
• Lead customer service resolution efforts and ensure a positive guest experience
• Conduct engaging sales meetings and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with sales and contract policies
• Assist with staff development, accountability, recognition, and performance management
• Partner with leadership to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of branded vacation ownership experience
• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a sales environment
• Strong ability to manage customer concerns and complex situations
• Excellent communication, training, and motivational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
