As an Associate Territory Sales Manager, you love to learn and meet lots of people.

You can work independently, believe in our brand, are self-motivated and passionate about sales but understand the importance of cultivating relationships and being part of a team.

You take pride in producing the highest quality of work output at all times and are willing to spend your first approximately 90 days training and developing a deep understanding of our industry and what we do as a company. Prior technical background and food service industry knowledge is ideal but not necessary to succeed in this role.

Key qualifications, responsibilities and experience include but are not limited to the following:

• Currently live in the Las Vegas, Nevada area or intend to relocate to Las Vegas for this role
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite of products
• Enthusiasm to learn about our industry and interact with team members and leaders across all levels internally as well as external consultants, designers, customers and end users
• Actively follow up on sales quotes and opportunities in a timely, professional and comprehensive manner, becoming a trusted partner of your growing client base
• Working with Director of Sales, travel as needed to seek and establish customers, identify potential customers, regularly meet with clients and create sales opportunities and cultivate relationships to land and expand your client base
• Independently manage day-to-day customer contact including answering questions, providing recommendations, mitigating issues, and driving solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and positive long-term relationships
• In conjunction with Director of Sales, participate in company meetings and submit regular progress reports which evaluate and quantify the sales and status of your region, identifying any additional opportunities.
• Serve as a constant positive ambassador of our brand, building relationships with stakeholders in assigned territory with increasing responsibility, larger territories and more autonomy over time as results become established and quantified

• Full-time salaried exempt position $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
