Agency Account Manager

Pineda Partners runs paid acquisition, funnels, CRM, and sales teams for some of the best coaches, course creators, and info businesses in the country. We're hiring an Account Manager in Las Vegas to own a book of those clients and make sure they win.

We're a full-stack revenue agency - paid ads, funnels, Go High Level  builds, and sales team recruiting and management, all under one roof. We work on retainer plus revenue share, so our clients' results are our results. We're co-founded by Ryan Pineda of Wealthy Way. This role is in-office in Las Vegas.

• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of 7-10 client accounts.
• Own retention and results - keep clients happy, growing, and renewing.
• Coordinate delivery across the ad buyer, sales team, and automations so nothing slips.
• Oversee and QA Go High Level  builds, funnels, and reporting for your accounts.
• Run client calls, set expectations, and translate performance into plain language.
• Spot expansion and upsell opportunities - our model rewards account growth.

• Mid-level, with real agency experience managing client relationships. This one's required - we're not training someone on client-facing work.
• Comfortable in Go High Level  (strongly preferred).
• You understand direct response and info marketing - funnels, offers, paid traffic. Think the Russell Brunson world.
• Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. You chase loose ends before they become problems.
• Based in Las Vegas, or willing to relocate. This is an in-office role.

• $5,000-$7,000/month base depending on experience, plus performance bonuses tied to client retention and results.
• In-office in Las Vegas. Relocation is on you, though we may offer a stipend for the right person.
• You'll report directly to the founder.
