Sales Team Lead

Legacy Clark is hiring a Sales Team Lead in Las Vegas. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, leading by example, and developing sales and leadership skills. You'll work alongside experienced managers, help drive customer engagement, and follow a structured path toward advancement.

Legacy Clark is a sales and marketing firm in Las Vegas that represents our clients in unreached consumer bases. We work face-to-face with our customers in Retail, driving sales with engaging marketing strategies and excellent customer service to ensure we are generating positive experiences with our customers, clients, and our team.

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be working hands-on with our leading Field Experts to contribute to company sales goals, foster new customer-client relationships in our stores, and ensure that our clients and customers alike are satisfied. This role is focused on long-term success, with Quarterly development meetings with leadership and clear promotion benchmarks.

• Develop and sharpen your sales and marketing skills by working closely with our Field Experts.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by utilizing excellent product knowledge and customer service.
• Lead as the face of customer engagement; able to resolve complaints, manage inquiries, or settle concerns with professionalism and ease.
• Work with our Management team to understand our training format to build new skills with our sales team– from product knowledge, to new promotions, or sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings to set sales goals, and generate positive ideas that support our client’s needs, and the success of our customers.
• Ensure open communication is kept with the entire team regarding performance, sales goals, and customer engagement.

• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Experience supervising, coaching, or leading a team
• Leadership experience through work, athletics, military, or student organizations
• Interest in Sales and Marketing.
• Excellent communication that will be utilised with management, the team, and our customers.
• Ability to handle fast paced, dynamic environments with efficiency.
• Detail-oriented and professional when managing client accounts or sign‑ups.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-player who is able to lead by example.
  
  High school diploma or GED required.

• Guaranteed hourly base pay of $14-$19 per hour (depending on experience), paid weekly, plus uncapped commissions.
• Leadership Development.

• On Target Earnings of $41,000 - $56,000 in your first year with us!
