Summary
Provide personalized styling and sales support on the retail floor, helping customers with fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products. Build client relationships through attentive service and contribute to store performance by meeting sales metrics. Participate in a structured training program and support store operations as needed.
Responsibilities- Complete multi-layered training to develop product and sales expertise
- Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and styling of merchandise
- Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales goals
- Build client relationships and loyalty through personalized service
- Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
- Ensure store standards and operational tasks meet company expectations
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
- Genuine interest in fashion and styling
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
