Call Center Sales Manager

This individual will be responsible for achieving departmental sales goals through effective leadership, coaching, sales strategy, inventory management, and performance accountability. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a proven ability to develop salespeople, optimize sales processes, and drive measurable results in a call center environment.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives.
• Establish and monitor individual and team sales goals.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Manage lead distribution, call queues, and overall sales workflow.
• Oversee tour inventory and partner with Marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Develop sales contests, incentive programs, and ongoing training.
• Monitor Salesforce reporting, KPIs, and department metrics.

• Five (5) years of proven leadership experience managing an inside sales team in a call center environment, including coaching sales representatives, monitoring performance metrics, managing schedules and call queues, and consistently achieving departmental sales goals.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Ring Central.
• Experience using KPIs and reporting to drive sales performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

• Travel, hospitality, tourism, RV, or experience selling high-value consumer products.
• Experience managing a remote sales team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• $75,000 to $90,000 base per year annual salary + opportunity for bonus & commission.
