Panda Windows & Doors is one of North America's leading manufacturers of luxury custom aluminum window and door systems. Our products are featured in some of the country's most prestigious residential and commercial projects, working alongside top architects, builders, developers, and dealers.
What You'll Do:- Develop and grow an assigned sales territory.
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building.
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, general contractors, dealers, developers, and homeowners.
- Conduct product presentations and educate customers on Panda's premium window and door systems.
- Identify and manage sales opportunities from initial contact through project completion.
- Collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, Customer Service, and Project Management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Utilize CRM to manage your pipeline and customer communications.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, customer meetings, and job site visits.
- Travel throughout your assigned territory to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales, territory sales, or business development experience.
- Experience in the construction, building materials, architectural products, or window and door industry is.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal departments.
- CRM experience (, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to read construction plans is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel.
- Uncapped Commission
- First-Year Earning Potential: $100,000 - $200,000+
