Summary
Join the store team as a Client Advisor responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional, personalized service. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, curating elevated shopping experiences, and supporting overall store performance.
Responsibilities- Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth.
- Develop and utilize comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members and store leadership to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Cultivate client relationships with follow-up and after-sales support; collect and update client information.
- Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines and identify opportunities to improve sales and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
