Role Description The Business Development/Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This position is responsible for growing and managing a defined territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting Paragon Pro Rentals’ equipment and services. Day-to-day activities include visiting customer sites, conducting needs assessments, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
The role also involves monitoring market trends, tracking sales pipeline activity, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve offerings and customer experience. The Territory Manager is expected to represent the company professionally, support cross-functional collaboration, and consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, territory management, or outside sales, preferably within heavy equipment, construction, or industrial services.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with the ability to maintain long-term customer partnerships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to analyze market opportunities, develop strategic territory plans, and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, including planning daily field activities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on job sites and collaborating with operations, dispatch, and service teams to ensure reliable equipment delivery and support.
- Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM platforms) and willingness to learn company-specific systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Las Vegas construction or industrial market is advantageous.
