• Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to assist in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and provide thorough explanations of vehicle features, operation, and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed personal and dealership sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Utilize dealership CRM systems to log customer interactions and track the sales process from start to finish.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and promotional events to better serve clients.
• Collaborate with finance teams to assist customers with vehicle financing and leasing options.
• Uphold high ethical standards and adhere to all dealership policies and regulations.

• Proven experience as a salesperson in an automotive dealership or a similar sales environment.
• Strong track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales, financing, and leasing processes.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales‑related technology.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
