• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to understand their promotional needs.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to enhance selling strategies.

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the promotional products industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
