Our client, a leading adult beverage supplier is seeking a Nevada State Manager to lead market execution, distributor management, and portfolio growth across the state of Nevada. This is a high-impact, market-facing role for someone who knows the Nevada beverage alcohol landscape and can drive results through distributor partnerships, account relationships, and disciplined business planning.
What You'll Do:- Manage and grow a full beverage alcohol portfolio across Nevada, including on-premise, off-premise, chain, independent, grocery, liquor, and hospitality channels
- Serve as the primary in-market lead for distributor execution, programming, sales activity, and market follow-through
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor leadership, sales teams, key accounts, retailers, restaurants, and hospitality buyers
- Develop and execute market plans, sales programming, incentives, pricing support, budgets, and account-level strategies
- Conduct distributor sales meetings, product education, tastings, trainings, business reviews, and planning meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, inventory, pricing, AR, and distributor performance
- Partner closely with regional leadership to identify opportunities, solve market challenges, and improve execution
- Spend meaningful time in the market working with distributor reps, visiting accounts, and driving brand visibility and velocity
- 5+ years of beverage alcohol experience, ideally with wine, distributor management, supplier sales, trade marketing, or portfolio management experience
- Strong knowledge of the Nevada market, especially Las Vegas-area retailers, restaurants, hospitality accounts, and distributor dynamics
- Experience managing and influencing wholesaler teams
- Comfortable working across both commercial and premium wine portfolios
- Proven ability to build market plans, manage programming, present to sales teams, and drive measurable results
- Strong business acumen across pricing, budgets, reporting, incentives, account planning, and sales execution
- Proactive, assertive, accountable, and highly market-facing
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market as needed
