Team Leader - Forum Shops

Summary

The Team Leader will act as a brand representative and support the store management in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role supports sales achievement and KPI targets while assisting with daily store operations, stock management, and visual standards. The Team Leader also supports onboarding, training and coordinates the Client Advisors team to maximize conversion and client retention.

• Drive individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales and KPI objectives.
• Develop and retain clients through proactive clienteling, recruitment of new clients and distance sales.
• Collect and maintain client data to enrich the prospect database and support CRM activities.
• Ensure deep product knowledge and deliver engaging storytelling to support selling and cross‑selling.
• Support operational tasks including stock organization, cycle counts, receiving, transfers and after‑sales processes.
• Work with store management on CRM campaigns, VM setups, shift scheduling and staff assignments.
• Handle sensitive after‑sales situations such as returns, repairs and client complaints when managers are absent.

• Proven retail sales and clienteling skills with a focus on client engagement and retention.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate product stories persuasively.
• Experience with retail operations, inventory processes and administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with retail tools and systems such as Smart XP, PRISM and SAP or similar platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and team coordination abilities to support onboarding and training.
• Customer‑focused, solution‑oriented approach and the ability to manage complex client situations.
