• Present product to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM and relationship-building techniques
• Maintain and develop product and industry knowledge for the showroom assortment
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage
• Support showroom hospitality guidelines and turn clients to teammates as needed
• Use company systems, hardware and software to complete sales and administrative tasks
• Accept and deliver client repairs and complete related administrative duties

• High school diploma
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
• Excellent storytelling, client service and selling skills with a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate (MS Office) and able to use CRM systems
• Required to stand for extended periods and may lift packages/boxes
• Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends
