Summer Internship – Inside Sales Representative, Lead Generation Specialist

• Conduct outbound phone calls and email outreach to existing and former customers
• Reengage inactive accounts and identify service or sales opportunities
• Qualify leads and coordinate follow-up with internal sales and service teams
• Maintain accurate customer notes and activity records within company systems
• Provide professional customer communication and timely follow-up
• Support additional administrative and inside sales tasks as needed

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, lead generation, or business development preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required

Demonstrates strong customer engagement through effective outbound communication and lead qualification, while maintaining accurate records and supporting sales initiatives. Proficient in managing customer relationships and administrative tasks to drive business development.
