Account Executive

Oxford Solutions is hiring an Account Executive for a remote role supporting a healthcare technology client. This position focuses on selling a proprietary health software platform to clinics and provider groups. Candidates must reside in Arizona or Nevada. Will be required to travel to company headquarters in West Virginia on occasion.

This role is well-suited for a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B, SaaS, or healthcare-related sales who enjoys consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversations through close
• Engage healthcare clinics and practice leaders to understand needs and present solutions
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and success
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals
• Provide market and customer feedback to leadership

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or healthcare sales preferred)
• Experience managing deals through a full sales cycle
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
• Healthcare, medical, or behavioral health experience is a plus but not required

Location:

• Remote with occasional travel to West Virginia required
• Must sit in Arizona or Nevada
