The Regional Brand Ambassador will drive sales and commercial development of Ulysse Nardin across the West Coast through retail partner activation, end-client engagement, and events.
You will build relationships with retail sales professionals, collectors, watch clubs, and luxury communities. Through a strong market presence, you will increase brand awareness, generate and convert qualified opportunities, support retail sell-out through direct client engagement and sales activities, and help authorized retailers deliver an elevated Ulysse Nardin experience.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based position combining client development, brand storytelling, event execution, retail activation, and wholesale support.
Main ResponsibilitiesClient Development & Brand Experience
- Develop relationships with clients, collectors, watch clubs, luxury communities, and retail sales professionals.
- Present Ulysse Nardin’s heritage, watchmaking expertise, collections, and values.
- Host private appointments, presentations, dinners, roadshows, and client experiences.
- Identify qualified prospects and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate client records and represent the brand with precision, discretion, enthusiasm, and the highest standards of hospitality.
- Actively prospect for new clients, identify purchase opportunities, recommend appropriate products, and work directly with clients and authorized retail partners to convert opportunities into sales.
- Support client events, retail activations, watch‑club presentations, and product launches.
- Develop qualified guest lists through personal outreach, retail partnerships, and local communities.
- Coordinate event logistics, product presentation, hospitality, and follow‑up.
- Report on attendance, engagement, opportunities, and commercial results.
- Build Ulysse Nardin’s visibility across Las Vegas and the West Coast watch communities.
- Develop relationships with selected authorized retailers and their sales teams.
- Actively engage with sales teams on the sales floor through product presentations, clienteling, storytelling, and training.
- Be accountable for achieving defined regional sell‑out objectives through lead generation, retail activation, client engagement, and follow‑up.
- Share field feedback on client preferences, product demand, competitive activity, and market opportunities.
- Report on client appointments, events, retail visits, opportunities, and results.
- Manage travel and event expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, watches and jewelry, premium hospitality, client development, automotive, art, wine and spirits, or another high‑touch luxury sector.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and contribute to commercial results.
- Previous experience in luxury watches or jewelry is valued but not mandatory; knowledge of the Las Vegas luxury market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, Luxury Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong interest in mechanical watches, craftsmanship, innovation, and luxury culture.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; commercial, proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Polished, credible, approachable, and discreet, with strong client confidentiality standards.
- Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with a broader team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM or clienteling experience preferred.
- Based in the Las Vegas metropolitan area or willing to relocate.
- Ability to travel approximately 60%, primarily across the Western United States, with occasional travel elsewhere in North America and Switzerland.
- Availability for evening and weekend events, appointments, and retail activations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently within the assigned territory.
- Ability to handle high‑value timepieces responsibly.
