General Sales Manager

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across our San Diego hospitality and dining operations. In this role, you will design and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive performance of a high-performing sales team. You will analyze market trends, partner with marketing and operations to create targeted campaigns, and optimize use of CRM tools to increase conversion and retention.
