ResponsibilitiesRole Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will identify, engage, and qualify leads across target accounts in the existing customer base. The role is 100% outbound and involves qualifying opportunities, scheduling handoff meetings to the seller for demos and next steps.
- Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone and email.
- Build and enrich data from qualified target account lists using approved tools.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and disposition leads, recording the outcomes of outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to refine messaging.
- Participate in weekly KPI reviews and performance coaching sessions.
- Participate in daily huddles and track performance toward progress metrics.
- Daily dials and emails
- Monthly qualified meetings booked
- Lead‑to‑opportunity conversion rates
- Pipeline value generated
- 6–12 months of experience in B2B outbound calling environments.
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial services markets and industry best practices strongly preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Onboarding includes product, industry, and sales coaching.
- Ongoing training via enablement programs and QA feedback loops.
