Role
Regional Business Director (RBD) leading Head and Neck Cancer sales in the US Oncology division, focusing on building a patient-centric sales culture and exceeding regional sales targets.
Responsibilities- develop and execute regional business plans
- recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
- establish relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners
- implement customer-specific and value-based selling strategies
- ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
- minimum 8 years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in oncology leadership
- preferably with Head and Neck cancer expertise
- proven talent management and oncology product launch success
- strong strategic and operational skills
- proficiency in MS Office and Veeva Engage
- ability to travel extensively
High-Value: oncology, Head and Neck cancer, sales leadership, team development, strategic planning, compliance, and digital selling.
Work Setup: US-based, field travel required.
