The Dorne Region is hiring an Appointment Coordinator for our Las Vegas office. In this client-facing role, you’ll help prospective clients feel prepared for their next conversation.
What you’ll do:- Connect with prospective clients and coordinate appointment times
- Confirm details, follow up professionally, and keep communication moving
- Help create a welcoming, organized experience from the first conversation
Training is provided, so prior insurance experience or a degree is not required. We’re looking for someone organized, professional, comfortable speaking with people, and ready to build confidence in a fast-moving office environment.
